Privacy Policy

This page explains what information THE90 (5820 Road 92, Suite 201, Pasco, WA 99301) collects through this website, why, and who it is shared with. Questions: hello@toplvlsessions.com.

Turf rentals and parties

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, the activity, date and time, and your waiver acknowledgement. We use this to hold your time, confirm payment and contact you about the booking.

Rising Ballers youth league

Registration collects the parent or guardian's name, email and phone, and each player's name, date of birth and age group. Date of birth is used only to check age eligibility and is stored privately. Player and guardian details are never sent to Stripe, to Google Analytics or to Meta, and are not included in notification emails.

Tournament team interest

The interest form collects team name, contact name, email, phone, player count and an optional note. It is saved privately for the owner to review. It is not a registration or reservation.

Payments (Stripe)

Payments are handled on Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe receives your card details and the email you enter there; THE90 never sees or stores your card number. We receive confirmation of the amount paid. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Owner notification email

When a booking is paid or a tournament inquiry is saved, the owner receives a short email alert with a summary (such as activity, date and amount). These alerts do not contain dates of birth, card details or customer contact details.

Chat widget (GoHighLevel)

The chat button is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Anything you type into the chat, including your name, email or phone if you choose to share them, is sent to that service so we can reply. Marketing messages are opt-in and unchecked by default.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Only if you choose Allow in the cookie notice, Google Analytics records page visits, button clicks and booking milestones (checkout started, purchase completed, inquiry sent) with order totals. It does not receive names, emails, phone numbers, dates of birth or form answers.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads)

Only if you tick the separate Meta option in the cookie notice, the Meta Pixel sends Meta: page views, views of booking and offer pages, a checkout start when a Stripe checkout opens, a purchase after a payment is verified, and a lead when a tournament inquiry is saved, with the activity type and order total. Meta may also set its own cookies and receive standard browser information such as your IP address and device. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers or any player information to Meta. Meta uses this to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads; see Meta's privacy policy.

Your choices

Analytics and Meta measurement are off until you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Cookie settings (also linked in the footer); it takes effect right away. To ask about or correct information you've given us, email hello@toplvlsessions.com.

Sharing

We share information only with the services named above to run bookings, payments, chat, email alerts and the analytics you allow. We do not sell personal information.
